Over 100 acres of land for sale at auction on 14 November at 3pm at Raymond Potterton’s sales room in Navan. The sale includes three different properties.
The first is a 65 acre residential farm at Killyon and Donore, Longwood, Co Meath. It is being sold in three lots; lot one is the residence and yard on 41 acres, lot two is 11 acres and lot three is 13 acres. The land is all in permanent pasture and laid out in nine individual parcels. The majority of the fields have easy access to an excellent farm roadway which runs through the middle of the farm.
The second property is 19 acres for sale at Rahard, Oldcastle, Co Meath. It is laid out in three main divisions in permanent pasture and has over 200m of road frontage. Towards the middle of the farm there is a stone wall cattle handling facility.
The third property up for auction on the day is 20 acres of farmland at Moygrehan Upper, Athboy, Co Meath. It is currently in permanent pasture and has good road frontage. It may have potential for a residence subject to the necessary planning permission.
