Offers in excess of €600,000 for a 63ac residential farm in Killykeeragh, Co Monaghan, are being sought. The 111ac farm was put on the market last year, 47ac of which are “sale agreed” according to the agent, Crosbie and Graham auctioneers.

The 63ac lot with the house remains on the market. The property is being offered for sale by private treaty. It is located on the townlands of Killykeeragh, Killina, Naghill and Annaghbrack, outside Smithborough, Co Monaghan. It is laid out in a number of fields with road frontage.

Cattle sheds with capacity for 60 to 70 cattle are also on the property. There is a calf-rearing shed, storage shed, a three-bay single-slatted shed with a feeding passage, crush and milking parlour. There is also a three-bay covered silage pit with a lean-to containing 24 cubicles and an adjoining machinery shed.
