Schaffer has appointed several new dealers in the last few months for its wheeled loader range.

Jim Power Agri Sales is the most recent dealer to be appointed by the German wheel loader manufacturer, in a bid to strengthen the growing dealer network across Ireland.

Founded in 2008, Jim Power Agri has been covering the Munster and South Leinster region for several brands, including Deutz Fahr, Krone, Amazone and Abbey.

Cooney Furlong Machinery

Since expanding into the agri machinery sector in 2014, Cooney Furlong has gone from strength to strength. They are main dealers for Case IH, Krone, Vaderstad and now Schaffer loaders, covering Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow and Kilkenny.

Kerry Tractors

Based in Tralee, Kerry Tractors is the main dealer for Massey Ferguson, Krone and Amazone to name a few. Kerry Tractors is now set to cover Kerry and North Cork for sales, parts and service of Schaffer equipment.

According to Schaffer’s Irish sales manager Laurence McMullan, the past few months have been positive, with emphasis put on building a strong dealer network. The plan is to establish more dealers in the upper half of the country Laurence noted.

This brings the number of Schaffer main dealers in the south of Ireland to six, with one main dealer in Northern Ireland.
