Over 100 acres of land was put up for auction on 14 November at Raymond Potterton’s sales room in Navan.
The sale included three different properties and some 63 acres were sold under the hammer.
Killyon and Donore
A 65ac residential farm at Killyon and Donore, Longwood, Co Meath, was offered in three lots. Lot one, the house and 41 acres of land, was withdrawn from auction.
However, lot two, 11 acres, was sold under the hammer for €112,0000 (€10,181/acre). Meanwhile, lot three, 13 acres, sold under the hammer for €80,000 (€6,154/acre).
Rahard
A 19ac property at Rahard, Oldcastle, Co Meath, sold under the hammer for €180,000 (€9,474/acre).
It is laid out in three main divisions in permanent pasture and has over 200m of road frontage. The property includes a stone wall cattle handling facility.
Moygrehan Upper
The third property, 20 acres of farmland at Moygrehan Upper, Athboy, Co Meath, sold under the hammer for €200,000 (€10,000/acre).
