A residential farm of circa 43ac in Co Carlow has recently come on the market with Kearney Auctioneers. An executor sale, the farm at Coolnacuppogue, Corries, Bagenalstown will be sold by public auction on Thursday, 21 March at 3pm in the Lord Bagenal Hotel, Leighlinbridge.

Prime agricultural land with excellent road frontage, the land is currently in a mixture of both pasture and tillage production.

The dwelling is a traditional country farmhouse with accommodation comprising of an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. Near the house, there are a number of stone built outhouses and a three-bay round roof hay shed with lean-to. The house is accessed via an 80m laneway from the public road with the outbuildings and yard to the rear of it.
