Alternatively, if the purchaser wished to upgrade the structure, the presence of the house could be viewed favourably as part of a planning permission application.

The house should qualify for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant.

There is an electricity connection and a private well for water supply. This lot is near the roadside and a three-bay round roof hayshed with a lean-to either side is the main building in the yard. This lot is guided in the region of €25,000 to €30,000.
